NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City of Lake Oswego Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 26, 2021, 6:30 pm to make a recommendation to the City Council on a proposed ordinance to amend Ord. 2815, Section 4, to either remove the sunset clause or to extend the repeal date to a later date. If the sunset clause is removed, the short-term rental lodging code amendments enacted by Ord. 2815 would continue; if the date of the sunset clause is extended, the repeal date would be extended to the new date. Due to COVID-19 and Executive Orders issued by Governor Brown, city facilities are currently closed to the public. This meeting will be conducted virtually using Zoom. The City has made avenues available for the public to livestream this meeting. The meeting is available to the public on the City’s YouTube Channel on the City’s website, or on Tualatin Valley Community Television. Please contact staff for information on how to provide testimony remotely.
