Bids will not be received in person or by US Mail. Project Description: The Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, project management and site supervision as required to complete all scope of work described in the project specifications. The project is estimated to cost $1,500,000. Bids will be opened and read aloud immediately after the bid closing time for their receipt, at which time all interested persons are entitled to attend the bid opening. Bid documents will be available for viewing and/or download beginning on April 14, 2021 at Oregon Procurement Information Network (ORPIN) https://orpin.oregon.gov/open.dll/welcome or Contractor Plan Center http://www.contractorplancenter.com/?Src=UID.
