PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Yamhill County Board of Commissioner will hold a public hearing on May 27, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. via Zoom https://zoom.us/j/92847709143 Webinar ID: 928 4770 9143: DOCKET FD-01-21, an appeal of the Planning Director’s approval of a secondary dwelling in conjunction with farm use for a relative of the farm operator. The parcel is identified as Tax Lots 3304-400 and 500 and is located at 17571 NE Calkins Ln, Newberg. This application is being reviewed based on criteria in Sections 402.03(E), 402.08, 402.09 and 402.10(C) of the Yamhill County Zoning Ordinance. In the interest of maintaining safe social distancing standards, participants are encouraged to submit written testimony to armstrongs@co.yamhill.or.us.
