RFP-110-2021 Commissioning Services on a Requirements Basis SUMMARY: This Request for Proposals is a process to secure services of the successful Commissioning Service (Cx) Provider for Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning Services. The Facilities and Property Management (FPM) Division of the Department of County Assets, Multnomah County Oregon (the County) requests proposals (individually, a Proposal, and collectively, Proposals) for Fundamental and Enhanced Cx (the Services) from qualified Cx Providers who have experience in providing Cx from design development to post occupancy monitoring, complying with Energy and Atmosphere section prerequisites and additional credit points for Leadership in Energy Environmental Design (LEED) Gold certification by the U.S. Green Building Council. Cx objectives include, but are not limited to, whole system reviews of: Mechanical, Electrical, Low Voltage, Plumbing, Security to include Access Control and CCTV, and Fire and Life Safety systems.
