Landlord’s Possessory Lien Notice of Foreclosure Sale OREGON WORSTED COMPANY Lien Claimant vs. AMERICAN MODERN DRYERS, LLC, Lien Debtors NOTICE HEREBY IS GIVEN THAT: 1) Oregon Worsted Company, hereinafter called the claimant, claims and has a landlord’s possessory lien upon the following described articles of personal property: Two GONGYI GUOXIN MACHINERY Hop Dryers, one assembled and one unassembled. They generally consist of 1) Heat Exchange furnace with insulation layer (possibly RS- 1000 2 22+2.2=24.2kw board, 2) Feeding conveyor with distributor, 3) Drying equipment, 4) Discharge conveyor, 5) Control panel, Stem and leaf separator. The assembled and installed Dryer states its blower # is Model #4404, The unassembled Dryer states its blower # is 53285. The assembled Dryer will require disassembly and repair to the premises. CAVEAT: THIS IS A GENERAL DESCRIPTION. ANY INTERESTED PARTY SHOULD ARRANGE TO VIEW THE EQUIPMENT. Bradford St. Portland, Or. 97203 American Modern Dryers, LLC is the tenant and last known owner and its last known address on the date hereof is 9269 N. Bradford St., Portland, Or. 97203, or P.O. Box 83296, Portland, Or. 97283. 3 The agreed charge for said storage is $50,000.00 per month, plus late fees of 25% per month, for a total balance up to the date hereof of $637,446.24 as of 10/11/20. 4) FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to said lien debtor and to whom it may concern that if claimant’s said charges are not paid claimant will proceed on June 25, 2021, to foreclose said lien and sell said described personal property at public auction to the highest bidder for cash in Multnomah County, Oregon, where material is stored, to-wit at the following place in said county American Modern Dryers, LLC and the its last known address on the date hereof is 9269 N.
