Pursuant to Section 50.45.4 of the Beaverton Development Code, public notice of the following development application is being provided: Vose Elementary School (CU2021-0003/ DR2021-0040) The applicant, Beaverton School District, requests approval of a Major Modification of a Conditional Use and Design Review Two application for five additional classrooms at Vose Elementary School. The additional classrooms are proposed to fill in an already covered area of the site, adding 4,950 square feet of floor area to the school. The proposal will add five new teachers but no additional students. The site is located at 11350 SW Denney Road, specifically identified as Tax Lot 02000 on Washington County Tax Assessor’s Map 1S122DB. The site is zoned Residential Urban Standard Density (R7) and located in the Vose Neighborhood Association Committee district. Any decision on the above development proposal shall be based on the approval criteria contained in the following sections of the Beaverton Development Code: Section 40.03.1 Facilities Review, Section 40.15.15.4.C Major Modification of a Conditional Use and Section 40.20.15.2.C Design Review Two. The Facilities Review Committee meeting is open to the public but is not intended for public testimony.
