Notice of Application to Register to CAFO Permit Notice issued: June 30, 2021 Written comments due: 5 p.m., August 4, 2021 The Oregon Department of Agriculture (ODA) has received a new Application to Register (ATR) to the Oregon Confined Animal Feeding Operation (CAFO) Water Pollution Control Facilities (WPCF) General Permit #01-2015 (CAFO Permit) for an existing large, Tier 1, chicken raising CAFO for Tuan Tiet dba, Molalla Poultry, Inc. The mailing address for this operation is 50 H Lane, Novato, CA 94945 and the phone number is (415) 602-8545. The location of the chicken facility is 29917 S Sprague Road in Molalla, Oregon 97038 in Clackamas County. This facility was previously registered to the #01-2016 National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) General Permit under Master Address #181580 from September 2005 to February 28, 2021. This chicken raising operation is applying for registration to the CAFO Water Pollution Control Facilities (WPCF) General Permit and is requesting to be permitted for a total of 310,000 broiler chickens.
