NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING File Number: DCA09-2021 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: On August 11, 2021, the Molalla City Council will conduct a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. to consider an amendment to the City’s Development Code that would require conditional use permitting for certain residential projects abutting industrial zones and industrial projects abutting residential zones. A copy of the ordinance will be available at City Hall on July 16, 2021. It is available for inspection at no cost and copies will be provided at a reasonable cost. You may attend, offer testimony, or seek information at the hearing. Any correspondence received in advance of the meeting will be forwarded to the hearing body. Written testimony will be received by the City of Molalla until the day of the hearing and should be addressed or emailed to: Planning Specialist, Julie Larson, PO Box 248, Molalla OR, 97038,; note that email is preferred, and please ensure your name and address are included in the written testimony. After the public hearing closes, the City will issue its decision. The decision will be mailed to the applicant and anyone else who submitted comments or is legally entitled to notice. Failure to raise an issue at the hearing, in person or by email/letter, or failure to provide statements or evidence sufficient to afford the City Council an opportunity to respond to the issue precludes appeal to LUBA based on that issue.
