NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING File Number: SDR03-2021 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: On August 4, 2021, the Molalla Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. to consider a land use proposal for a new 30-lot subdivision on a piece of property located between the north end of Rachel LN and Vick RD. A copy of the proposal can be obtained by contacting the City Recorder ( at a reasonable cost. The full staff report will be available on the City’s website ( as part of the Planning Commission packet a week prior to the hearing. You may attend, offer testimony, or seek information at the hearing. Any correspondence received in advance of the meeting will be forwarded to the hearing body. Written testimony will be received by the City of Molalla until the day of the hearing and should be addressed or emailed to: Planning Specialist, Julie Larson, PO Box 248, Molalla OR, 97038,; note that email is preferred, and please ensure your name and address are included in the written testimony. After the public hearing closes, the City will issue its decision. The decision will be mailed to the applicant and anyone else who submitted comments or is legally entitled to notice. Failure to raise an issue at the hearing, in person or by email/letter, or failure to provide statements or evidence sufficient to afford the City Council an opportunity to respond to the issue precludes appeal to LUBA based on that issue.
