NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF THE SOUTHWEST AND BASALT CREEK DEVELOPMENT AREA PLAN The City Council of the City of Tualatin has adopted Ordinance No. 1458-21 on August 30, 2021 approving the Southwest and Basalt Creek Development Area Plan. The Plan has been adopted in conformance with the applicable legal requirements and shall be conclusively presumed valid for all purposes 90 days after the adoption of the ordinance.
