NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE LEVETON TAX INCREMENT PLAN The City Council of the City of Tualatin has adopted Ordinance No. 1459-21 on August 23, 2021 approving a substantial amendment to the Leveton Tax Increment Plan. The Plan Amendment has been adopted in conformance with the applicable legal requirements and shall be conclusively presumed valid for all purposes 90 days after the adoption of the ordinance.
