NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS The Metolius Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing beginning at 6:00 p.m. on September 27, 2021, at the Train Depot and via Zoom video conference. The purpose of the Hearing is to consider a request for annexation on behalf of Mr. Tobin Moser. The area proposed to be annexed is described as the portion of Tax Lot 100 on Map 11S-13E-28AA consisting of lots A, 1-8 of Block 36, Lots A, 1-25 of Block 37 and the 60-foot-wide vacated portions of Front Street in adjacent to said Blocks 36 and 37 of the First Addition to Metolius. The Property is zoned Jefferson County A-1 Exclusive Farm use, and upon annexation will be zoned City of Metolius R-3 as designated by the adopted Comprehensive Plan.
