Accepting Proposals-RME Seismic Rehabilitation

LEGAL PUBLICATION ESTACADA SCHOOL DISTRICT 108 255 NE 6th Ave Estacada, OR 97023 Estacada School District 108 is accepting proposals for the architectural, strnctural, mechanical and electrical design for the Seismic Rehabilitation of the River Mill Elementary (the Project), located at 850 Broadway Street, Estacada, Oregon 97023. In 2020, the District applied for and received a Seismic Rehabilitation Grant (SRG) for the Project. The intent of this RFP is for the consultant to provide an integrated design solution for the entire building. As part of this grant, a preliminary rehabilitation feasibility report was prepared for each portion of the Project. Proposals and a copy of the RFP may be obtained from and filed with the District’s Director of Finance, Christina Weinard, via email at weinardc@estacada.k12.or.us. Th e RFP, questions and addenda are also available on the District’s website: https://sites.google.com/estacada.kl 2.or.us/b ids-and-rfps/home. Minority and women-owned businesses are encouraged to submit a Proposal. Proof of Oregon licensing and adequate professional liability insurance is required for those who will work on the Project. The District reserves the right to reject any Proposal not in compliance with any prescribed public bidding procedure or requirement, and may reject any and all Proposals for good cause upon the District’ s finding that it is in the public interest to do so. No Proposal will be received or considered by the District unless the Proposal contains a statement as to whether the Consultant is a residentConsultant as defined in ORS 279A.120. The selection process will be the Formal Selection Procedure under OAR 137-048-0220 and the District’ s applicable Board Policies. All Proposers responding to the RFP will do so solely at their own expense, and the District is not responsible for any Proposer expenses associated with the RFP. Mandatory pre-proposal walk-throughs will be held between September 13 and 24, 2021 at 850 Broadway Street, Estacada, Oregon 97023.
