METRO METRO REGIONAL CENTER INTERIOR COATINGS Bids due: October 19, 2021 @ 2:00 pm INVITATION TO BID ITB 3955 Metro is inviting bids for interior coatings for the Metro Regional Center located at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland OR. Work includes all labor, materials, tools, machinery, equipment, and services necessary to prepare and coat of interior surfaces of the Metro Regional Center including but not limited to walls, columns interior doors, interior door frames, interior sidelight frames, stair handrails and stair guardrails. Scope of Work includes minor repairs including but not limited to patching and priming of existing gypsum wall board and other small repairs or surface preparation required prior to applying new coatings. Bids are due no later than 2:00 p.m. October 19, 2021 in Metro’s business offices at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, Attention: Julie Hoffman, Procurement Analyst, ITB 3955. Responses will be opened publicly at that time. A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on September 29, 2021 at 8:00 a.m. at the Metro Regional Center, located at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, Oregon 97232. Because of the State of Oregon’s social distancing policy, a limited number people are allowed to tour the site at one time. Each potential bidder is limited to one attendee. Attendance will be per RSVP. If the first conference fills up we will hold another at 9:00 am. All bidders submitting a bid for public improvements over $50,000 certify that they will pay and comply with the minimum prevailing wage requirements of ORS 279C.800-279C.870 and if applicable 40 U.S.C.276a. Solicitation documents can be viewed and downloaded from Bid Locker (bidlocker.us) Metro may accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, or waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights if such action is deemed in the public interest.
