METRO BLUE LAKE PARK MUNICIPAL WATER SERVICE CONNECTION Bids due: October 26, 2021 @ 2:00 pm INVITATION TO BID ITB 3966 Metro is inviting bids for the Blue Lake Regional Park Municipal Water Service Connection located in Fairview OR. Work includes all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct the Blue Lake Regional Park municipal water service, including all excavation, waterline work, and restoration of disturbed surfaces, complete with all work incidental to or necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as described in the Invitation to Bid. Bids are due no later than 2:00 p.m. October 26, 2021 in Metro’s business offices at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, Attention: Julie Hoffman, Procurement Analyst, ITB 3966. Responses will be opened publicly at that time. A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on September 30, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. at Blue Lake Regional Park’s Lake House parking lot, 21160 NE Blue Lake Road, Fairview, Oregon. Because of the State of Oregon’s social distancing policy, a limited number people are allowed to tour the site at one time. Each potential bidder is limited to one attendee. Attendance will be per RSVP. If the first conference fills up we will hold another at 10:00 am. All bidders submitting a bid for public improvements over $50,000 certify that they will pay and comply with the minimum prevailing wage requirements of ORS 279C.800-279C.870 and if applicable 40 U.S.C.276a. Solicitation documents can be viewed and downloaded from Bid Locker (bidlocker.us) Metro may accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, or waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights if such action is deemed in the public interest.
