Conditional Use Request Record number 217-21-000573-PLNG Robert Vanier Jr. and Lani Vanier (Owners) and Knife River Corporation (Applicant) are requesting a conditional use approval for aggregate mining operations on the property. The Applicant proposes phasing in mining to allow continued use of the property for agricultural production. The site will be reclaimed for agricultural use.
