Conditional Use Permit (Quasi-Judicial): Consider an application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the operation of a short-term vacation rental at 514 N College Street. Appeal of MISC221-0002 (Quasi-Judicial): An appeal of a Community Development Director determination to reduce the right-of-way width design for four properties for improvements to N Elliott Road.
