CITY OF BANKS PUBLIC NOTICE OF THE BANKS URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING A Public Meeting of The Banks Urban Renewal Agency Budget Committee of the City of Banks, Washington County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2023, will be held via Zoom. The meeting will take place on Saturday, May 7, 2022, at 9:00 A.M. COVID-19: Due to the emergency declaration resulting from COVID-19 (Coronavirus disease) and protocols, the City of Banks is limiting in-person contact and encouraging social distancing. The Banks Urban Renewal Agency Budget Committee Meeting will be conducted remotely by video conferencing. The public may attend and observe via remote video conferencing. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comments from the public on the budget. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Banks Urban Renewal Agency Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Banks Urban Renewal Agency Budget Committee. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after April 27, 2022, at Banks City Hall, 13680 NW Main Street, Banks, Oregon between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M.
