NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOREST GROVE CITY COUNCIL APPEAL OF DAVIS ESTATES PLANNED DEVELOPMENT FILE NUMBER 311-21-000064-PLNG NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Forest Grove City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, May 9, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. or thereafter, at the Forest Grove Community Auditorium, 1915 Main Street, and via Zoom video conferencing, to consider the following proposal: PROPOSAL: Appeal of the Planning Commission’s appr- oval of Davis Estates, a 221-lot Planned Residential Development consisting of 141 single-family detached residential lots and 80 single-family attached residential lots. LOCATION: 2627 NW Highway 47 Washington County Tax Lot 1N3300001100 APPELLANT: Chad E. Davis Construction FILE NUMBER: Project – 311-21-000064-PLNG Appeal – 311-22-000014-PLNG CRITERIA: Development Code Article 3 – Residential Zones, Commercial and Mixed Use Zones; Article 4 – Planned Developments, Mixed Use Planned Developments; Article 6 – Sub- divisions; and Article 8 – Public Improveme- nts, Land Division Standards All persons will be given reasonable opportunity to give testimony about this proposal responding to the review criteria. Only issues in the Planning Commission record, whether raised in writing or orally, shall be raised before the City Council and the hearing may be limited only to those issues raised in the appeal petition. If an issue is not raised in the hearing (by person or by letter) or if the issue is not explained in sufficient detail to allow the City Council to respond to the issue, then that issue cannot be used for an appeal to the Land Use Board of Appeals.
