Tigard Water District Notice of Public Hearing on the Proposed FY 2022-2023 Budget The Tigard Water District will hold a Public Hearing on its proposed Fiscal Year 2022-2023 budget during its Board of Commissioners Meeting on May 10, 2022 at 7:00 PM. The meeting will be held via Virtual Conference. Go to www.tigardwaterdis trict.org for directions to join the meeting online. The proposed budget will be available to the public on April 30, 2022 at the Tigard Public Library and on the District website www.tigard waterdistrict.org. This budget has been prepared on accrual based accounting principles as in prior years. The 2022-2023 Budget expects revenue from the District’s share of water revenues in its boundaries to be $245,112 which is an increase over last year’s budget amount. Interest earnings are expected to increase to $5,836. The District receives no other significant revenues. The District’s budget requirements are expected to be $97,435 for Materials and Services and $14,615 for Contingencies. This compares to $71,058 and $10,586 respectively in the 2021-2022 Budget.
