CITY OF WEST LINN, OREGON SKYLINE PARTITION PROJECT (PW-20-10) Bids due: May 25, 2022 @ 2:00 pm INVITATION FOR BID Sealed bids for the Skyline Partition Project will be received by mail or drop-off to West Linn City Hall, Attn: Maryna Asuncion, E.I.T, Associate Engineer, 22500 Salamo Road, West Linn, Oregon, 97068 until 2:00 PM, Wednesday, May 25, 2022. Bids received after 2:00 PM on said day will not be considered. First Tier Subcontractor Disclosure forms shall be submitted not later than 4:00 PM on the same day. A Prospective Bidders’ conference will be held on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at 9:30 AM at 6123 Skyline Drive. Statements made by the City’s representatives at the Prospective Bidders’ conference are not binding upon the City unless confirmed by written addendum. Bids shall be publicly opened and read through a virtual meeting on Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at 2:00 PM. Details regarding the virtual opening of the bids shall be posted within the City’s bid management system no less than five days prior to the bid opening. All bids shall be clearly marked Skyline Partition Project (PW-20-10).Bids shall be valid for sixty (60) days following bid opening. This project is a public works project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. This project generally consists of installing improvements for a 3-lot partition, including erosion control measures, private asphalt driveway, concrete sidewalks, and utilities. The Engineer’s estimate for this project is $190,000. The project plans, specifications and contract provisions may be reviewed at no cost through the City of West Linn’s website at or paper copies may be obtained through the City of West Linn Engineering Division at 22500 Salamo Road, West Linn, (503)722-5500, at a cost of $25.00 per set. If you wish to receive any future addendums for this project please login to the City’s bid management website and add your company to the plan holders list. Questions may also be submitted through the website. The City shall consider no bid unless the bidder is registered with the Oregon Construction Contractor Board and the bidder has complied with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements. The City of West Linn reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to postpone the award for 90 days, to delete certain items from the proposal, and to award the contract to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
