CITY OF HILLSBORO NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CASE FILE NO. CDCA-004-22 Medical SCBP NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Planning Commission at or shortly after 6:00 pm, at their regular meeting on Wednesday, July 13, 2022. This meeting will be held in person in Conference Room 113, located on the 1st floor at the Civic Center, 150 E Main Street, Hillsboro, AND remotely via Zoom. At the hearing, the Planning Commission will consider a package of proposed text amendments to Community Development Code (CDC), Ordinance No. 6094. The proposed text amendments address minor changes to CDC definitions and use category descriptions for medical uses, and would allow Residential Services in the SC-BP Station Community – Business Park and SCI Station Community Industrial zones if certain criteria are met. The proposed text amendments would affect the following subchapters of the CDC: 12.01 Definitions, 12.10 Use Categories, and 12.25 Industrial Zones. The procedures by which text amendments are processed can be found in CDC Section 12.70.060, and the approval criteria can be found in Section 12.80.140. All interested persons are invited to attend this hearing in-person or virtually on Zoom (instructions below) and will be given an opportunity to be heard concerning the proposal.
