PUBLIC NOTICE AT&T Mobility, LLC is proposing to modify an existing wireless telecommunications facility on an existing building located at 1441 SOUTHEAST 82ND AVENUE, Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon. The modifications will consist of the collocation of antennas at approx. 38ft above ground level on the 28ft tall building.
