This is a public works project and is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.875. The applicable Prevailing Wage Rates are the Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts in Oregon effective July 1, 2022 and as Amended October 1, 2022. The work will take place in Multnomah and Washington Counties, Oregon. A mandatory pre-bid conference and Rock Creek Campus site inspection will be held Thursday, October 20, 2022 at 11:00AM Pacific Time at the Rock Creek Campus Building 9 Event Center Section A, located at, 17705 NW Springville Rd Portland OR 97229. Bids received from bidders who did not attend this pre-bid conference will not be considered.
