Proposals received after 2:00 pm will not be accepted. Portland State University has made the decision to demolish the King Albert Residence Hall and the Parkway Manor Residence Hall, both located on the PSU Campus. An Optional Pre-Proposal Job Walk has been scheduled for November 16, 2022 starting at 9:00 am. See Section 1.4 for further information.
