Paving will consist of a 3 inch single lift, 10 feet wide by approximately 13,100 feet long. Sealed bids for the City of Prineville’s Barnes Butte Multi-Use Trail Paving Project will be received until 2:00 PM PDST on the 2nd day of March, 2023 at City Hall, 387 NE 3rd St, Prineville, Oregon. Each proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed as follows: Lori Ontko City of Prineville City Hall 387 NE 3rd St Prineville, OR The envelope shall be clearly marked: Bid Proposal of (insert name of Contractor) Barnes Butte Trail Paving Project Bids will be publicly opened at 2:00 PM PDST on the 2nd day of March, 2023 and the apparent low bidder will be determined. It is anticipated that the Prineville City Council will present the Intent to Award the contract at the Council meeting on the 14th day of March 2023.
