Public Notice The Banks Urban Renewal Agency (Agency) has published the FY 2021/2022 Banks Urban Renewal Plan annual report. It is on file at City Hall and with the Agency. The full information is available to all interested persons. In FY 2021/2022, the Agency received $71,020 in property tax revenue. They expended $2,075. The estimated tax revenues for FY 2022/2023 are $60,000. The 2022/2023 budget includes $226,700 in revenues and expenditures. The amount of maximum indebtedness remaining for the Plan Area is $29,982,591. The impacts on taxing districts due to the Banks Urban Renewal Plan in FY 2021/2022 are shown below.
