NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF CANBY The City Council will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers and via Zoom, on Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at 7 pm to consider a Text Amendment to Chapter 16 of the Municipal Code (TA 23-01). This Text Amendment application has been submitted by Development Services in order to restore language in Chapter 16.10 of the Land Development and Planning Ordinance that was erroneously deleted in the course of updating the Ordinance to include regulations pertaining to Food Cart Pods and Mobile Vendors (TA 22-01). The public is encouraged to participate and provide comments.
