Stormer Road, Estacada, Oregon Plot 2 (Property) between our client and In the Hood River, LLC (Tenant). You abandoned the Property and the personal property therein in December 2022, and the lease has been terminated. Pursuant to ORS 87.162, our client, as landlord, has an attached lien on all of Tenant’s personal property. The amount of the landlord’s lien is $17,500, which includes unpaid rent, storage fees (January 1, 2023 – April 30, 2023), and costs. The foreclosure sale of the Tenant’s personal property shall occur on May 1, 2023 at 1 pm at the Property.
