PORTLAND COMMUNITY COLLEGE MOVING, INSTALLATION, DE-INSTALLATION AND STORAGE SERVICES Proposals due: May 22, 2023 @ 2:00 pm REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS SOLICITATION NO: P&CC23-035-RFP SUMMARY The purpose of this Request for Proposals (Solicitation) is to obtain competitive Proposals from qualified Proposers interested in the provision of Moving, Installation, De-Installation, and Storage Services, for Portland Community College. This Solicitation will result in a public works contract subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.875. The applicable Prevailing Wage Rates are the Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts in Oregon effective January 5, 2023 and the Prevailing Wage Rate Amendments effective January 11, 2023 and April 5, 2023. The work will take place in Washington, Clackamas, Yamhill, Columbia, and Multnomah Counties, Oregon. No Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for this Solicitation.
