Sale of Abandoned Manufactured Home One (1) 1970 SECURITY manufactured dwelling, Plate number X088269, Home identification number 170307, Manufacturer’s serial number(s) S2957, with contents (if any) has been abandoned by Joyce Marie Two Birds-Jones (aka Joyce Twobirds, aka Joyce Twobirds Jones). The home is located at 159 SE Maple St, Spc E-15, Hillsboro, OR 97123. Sale shall be by private bidding, with sealed bids, and as is (there is no warranty relating to title, possession, quiet enjoyment or the like). Bids must be for a specific stated dollar figure and must be delivered to: Marcy Manor MHP, LLC dba Hillsboro Mobile Home Park, 159 SE Maple St, Spc W-2, Hillsboro, OR 97123 no later than the end of the day on the 30th day of April, 2023. The minimum bid shall be $5,255.08. Upon confirmation of the winning bid, the purchaser must promptly tender full payment in cash, money order, or cashiers’ check and promptly remove the dwelling from the manufactured home park unless a storage agreement can be promptly negotiated between the successful bidder and the Park.
