NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING City of Culver Conditional Use Permit for Proposed Tap House / Food Cart The Culver Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing at the public meeting scheduled for 6 p.m. on May 16, 2023 at the Culver City Hall. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a Conditional Use Permit to construct a tap house and food cart court located at the southeast corner of Iris Lane and Highway 361. The proposal includes a shipping container to serve as a primary commercial structure, six food cart parking pads surrounding an interior courtyard, and a 23-stall parking lot. The subject parcel is described by the Jefferson County Assessor as taxlot 5900 of tax map 12-13-17CC and is designated C-1, Commercial. All interested are urged to attend.
