NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING City of Culver Legislative Hearing regarding Flood Hazard Ordinance The Culver Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing at the public meeting scheduled for 6 p.m. on May 16, 2023, at the Culver City Hall. The purpose of this Legislative Hearing is to establish a Flood Hazard Ordinance with the intention of promoting public health, safety, and general welfare, and minimizing public and private losses due to flooding in flood hazard. The proposed ordinance has been prepared to meet current FEMA guidelines and requirements. The Hearing before the Planning Commission will result in a recommendation to the Culver City Council regarding the proposed ordinance. All interested are urged to attend.
