PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Estacada Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday May 24th, 2023 beginning at 2:00 pm in the Estacada City Council Chambers, Estacada, Oregon, and available for virtual attendance, to consider the following proposals: Subdivision 2023-02-S. The applicant, Steve Locke, is proposing a 19-lot industrial subdivision of 27.09 acres of land described as Tax Lot 34E17 2900. The subject property is zoned Light Industrial (M-1). This application is subject to the approval criteria in Estacada Municipal Code chapters 16.39, 16.74, 16.108, 16.116, 16.118, and applicable goals and policies of the Estacada Comprehensive Plan. The Planning Commission will forward a recommendation to City Council, who will hold a public hearing at 7:00pm on Monday, June 12th, 2023 in the Estacada City Council Chambers. Partition 2023-02-LP. The applicant, Scott Clayton, is proposing a two-lot partition of the 12.89-acre property at 29995 SE Lawrence Rd, described as Tax Lots 34E16 1302 and 1306. The subject properties are zoned as Low-Density Residential (R-1). This application is subject to approval criteria in Estacada Municipal Code chapters 16.16, 16.116, and 16.120, and applicable goals and policies of the Estacada Comprehensive Plan. Partition 2023-03-LP. The applicant, Mac Even, is proposing a three-lot partition of the 41.03-acre property at 31790 SE Duus Rd, described as Tax Lot 34E 17 200. The subject property is zoned as Low-Density Residential (R-1). This application is subject to approval criteria in Estacada Municipal Code chapters 16.16, 16.116, and 16.120, and applicable goals and policies of the Estacada Comprehensive Plan. Anyone wishing to present written testimony on this proposed action may do so in writing prior to or at the Public Hearing. Testimony and evidence must be directed toward the applicable approval criteria or other criteria, which a person believes to apply to the decision. Failure to raise an issue in a hearing, in person, or by letter, or failure to provide sufficient specificity to afford the decision maker an opportunity to respond to the issue precludes appeal of the Commission’s decision based upon that issue. A copy of the application and applicable criteria is available for inspection at no cost at City Hall. Copies of the document will be provided at reasonable cost. A copy of the City’s staff report will be available for inspection at no cost at least seven days prior to the Public Hearing.
