Contractor shall perform the following Work: Emergency repair services on a twenty-four (24) hours per day, three hundred and sixty-five (365) days per year basis; Routine Quarterly and Annual inspections, air filter replacement and UVC Light replacement and maintenance services; Additional air filters and UVC Light related services upon request. Work shall be provided in such a manner to maintain the HVAC air filters and UVC Lights in continuous top operating condition, and ensure optimum performance and maximum conservation of energy.
