The home is located at 5030 Cumberland Ct. SE, Salem, OR 97306. Sale shall be by private bidding, with sealed bids, and as is (there is no warranty relating to title, possession, quiet enjoyment or the like). Bids must be for a specific stated dollar figure and must be delivered to: Cumberland Mobile Home Park, LLC, 5016 Cumberland Ct. SE – Office, Salem, OR, 97306, no later than the end of the day on the 12th day of May, 2023. The minimum bid shall be $16,408.05.
