TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE This Notice is in regards to a Trust Deed by: JAMES P. GRAY, as Grantor, FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE COMPANY of OREGON, as trustee, and MICHAEL WAYNE ALLEN, is beneficiary M. Patton Echols III , who’s address is P. O. Box 1768, Gresham, OR 97030, is the successor trustee. The Trust Deed was Recorded on July 18, 2014 in the Deed Records of Multnomah County Oregon as Fee No.: 2014-069706, covering the real property described as: The East 100 feet of Lot 13, EXCEPT the South 10 feet thereof, FAIRFIELD ADDITION, in the City of Portland, County of Multnomah and State of Oregon. There is a default by the Grantors, or other person owing the obligation, the performance of which is secured by said trust deed with respect to the provisions therein which authorize sale in the event of default of such provision, the defaults for which this foreclosure is made is Grantors’ failure to pay, when due, the following sums: 1. Monthly payments due and owing from Grantors to Beneficiary in the amount of $506.23 per month, for the months of January 2019 through the date of this notice, plus all other sums coming due until the date of sale or cure.
