IN THE NAME OF THE STATE OF OREGON: You are hereby required to appear and defend against the allegations contained in the Complaint filed against you in the above entitled proceeding within thirty (30) days from the date of service of this Summons upon you. If you fail to appear and defend this matter within thirty (30) days from the date of publication specified herein along with the required filing fee, U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST will apply to the Court for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
