NOTICE OF APPLICATION
Pursuant to Section 50.45.4 of the Beaverton Development Code, public notice of the following development application is being provided:
EXT 2016-0001 Murray Highland Regional Care Facility Time Extension
The applicant, John Crisan, is seeking a time extension for previously approved Conditional Use Permit, Design Review and Tree Plan (CUP2013-0001, DR2013-0008 & TP2013-0006) applications authorizing the construction of a 22 bed Residential Care Facility, located on SW Murray Boulevard between SW Farmington and SW 6th Street. The site is described as Tax Lot 01200 on the Washington County Tax Assessor’s Map 1S116BC. The approvals for the Conditional Use, Design Review and Tree Plan were set to expire January 28, 2016. The requests for the extension, if approved, would extend the expiration date of the original approvals by two (2) years to January 28, 2018. No changes to the originally approved applications are being reviewed with this proposal.
To be addressed in the staff report and decision, written comments on the above development proposal shall be submitted no later than 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 02, 2016. Mailed written comments shall be sent to the Planning Division, PO Box 4755, Beaverton, OR 97076. Written comments submitted in person shall be delivered to the Planning Division, 4th Floor, 12725 SW Millikan Way.
The decision-making authority for the above application is the Director. Any decision on the above development application shall be based on the Approval Criteria contained in Extension of a Decision: Beaverton Development Code Section 50.93.
Pursuant to Section 50.40.10, the Director shall issue a written decision on the above development application within approximately fourteen (14) calendar days after the Facilities Review Committee meeting on March 02, 2016.
