LOCATION WHERE ANIMALS IMPOUNDED: 21465 SW Farmington Road, Beaverton, OR 97007.

NOTICE OF SEIZURE FOR FORFEITURE

Any claimant to the above animals shall have an opportunity to be heard before the court makes its final finding on the State’s Motion to Forfeit Fighting Birds. If the court finds that probable cause exists to believe the above animals were subjected to a violation of ORS 167.428 (Cockfighting) the court shall order immediate forfeiture of the animals to the petitioner, unless the claimant, within 72 hours of the hearing, posts a security deposit or bond with the court clerk in an amount determined by the court to be sufficient to repay all reasonable costs incurred and anticipated to be incurred by the petitioner in caring for the animals from the date of initial impoundment to the date of trial.
