The property is located at 10500, 10600, 10755 and 12075 NE Parrett Mountain Road, Newberg. This application is being reviewed based on the Sections 402.04(D), 402.07(A), 1101 and 1202.02 of the Yamhill County Zoning Ordinance. Interested persons may respond in writing by April 21, 2016, to comment on, or to request that the application be considered at a public hearing.
