IN THE NAME OF THE STATE OF OREGON: You are hereby required to appear and answer the Complaint filed against you in the above-entitled cause within thirty (30) days from the date of service of this Summons upon you; and if you fail to so answer, for want thereof, the plaintiff will apply to the court for the relief demanded therein.
Summary Statement of the Object of the Complaint
and Demand for Relief
The purpose of the Complaint is to get a determination from the court that plaintiff owns real peoperty located at 320 N. Molalla Avenue, Molalla, Clackamas County,
Lot 4, block 2, Shaver Place, in Molalla, Clackamas County, Oregon, according to the duly recorded plat thereof;
and that defendants have no right, title, claim, lien, or interest in the property. Plaintiff seeks a judgement declzaring him to be the owner of the property free of any interest of defendants, and also seeks an injunction against defendants from claiming any estate, title, or interest in the property in the future; awarding plaintiff his costs and disvursements, and granting such other relief as may be equitable.
