Reynolds School District is requesting proposals for Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) Services for Reynolds School District Fairview Elementary School Replacement. The Request for Proposal documents may be obtained on the District website http://www.reynolds.k12.or.us/rfps or from Bob Collins, DAY CPM, Owner’s Representative at email@example.com Sealed submissions, 1 original and 8 copies, in an envelope clearly listing firm name and title, and (1) one electronic copy, will be received by Rachel Hopper, Chief Operations and Financial Officer, at Reynolds School District 1204 NE 201st Ave, Fairview, OR 97024, no later than 2 PM, August 1st, 2016.
