REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS 3215: METRO ANALYSIS OF COLLABORATIVE FUNDING SOLUTIONS FOR EQUITABLE HOUSING

Metro, a metropolitan service district organized under the laws of the State of Oregon and the Metro Charter, located at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, is requesting proposals for Analysis of Collaborative Funding Solutions for Equitable Housing.
The selected Consultant shall assist Metro and its partners identify and prioritize the most promising opportunities for collaborative funding and land strategies to increase the creation and preservation of equitable and affordable housing options. This would encompass both prioritizing the strategic focus and identifying the best funding vehicle(s) and/or partnership structure(s) to support that strategy.
Sealed proposals are due no later than 2:00 p.m. August 15, 2016 in Metro’s business offices at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, Attention: Julie Hoffman, Procurement Analyst, RFP 3215.

Metro may accept or reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, or waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights if such action is deemed in the public interest.
