CONTRACTING METHOD

The Yamhill Carlton School District, Board of Directors will conduct a Public Hearing following the regular Board Meeting on October 10, 2016 at 7:00 PM, in the Yamhill Carlton School District Board room located at 120 Larch Place, Yamhill Oregon, 97148
The purpose of the public hearing is to take oral and written comments on Yamhill Carlton School District’s Findings of Fact in support of the use of an alternative contracting method under ORS 279C.335 for the “2016 Bond Measure Projects”.
Draft Findings may be obtained by contacting Michael Marino, Project Manager at 541-325-1510 or by email at mike@mmarinoconsulting.com. The Draft Findings may also be viewed on Yamhill Carlton School District’s website at: ycsd.k12.or.us.
Oral and written comments will be accepted at the hearing at the time and place stated above. Advance written comments must be received by 4:00 PM on October 3, 2016.
