The contract terms, conditions and specifications may be reviewed for the Camp Florence Kitchen – Dining Remodel & Dog Kennels and sealed bids will be received and publicly opened on March 15, 2016, at 2:00 PM at Procurement Services, 1225 Ferry Street SE U140, Salem, Oregon 97301-4285. This contract is for a Public Work subject to ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870.
A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on March 3, 2016 at 1:00 PM (PST), located at Camp Florence, 4859 South Jetty Road, Florence, OR.
Any statements made at this conference will not change the Plans, Specifications or other Contract Documents unless an Addendum has been issued from DAS and advertised on the ORPIN System.
BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVE ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND THIS MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE. BIDS WILL ONLY BE EVALUATED FROM BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVE WHO REGISTERED AND ATTENDED THE MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE, AND ALL OTHER BIDS WILL BE CONSIDERED NON-RESPONSIVE.
