NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Beaverton City Council will consider setting fees for the new Conditional Use-Nonconforming Use application to the Planning Division Fee Schedule at their regularly scheduled meeting of Tuesday, November 1, 2016, at 6:30 p.m. The Planning Division Fee Schedule establishes the land use application fees for the City of Beaverton. The Beaverton City Council meeting will be held at the Beaverton City Hall in the Council Chambers located at 12725 SW Millikan Way, Beaverton, Oregon.

Mailed written comment may be sent to the Planning Division, PO Box 4755, Beaverton OR 97076. Written comments submitted in person may be delivered to the City Recorder’s office, 5th Floor, Beaverton City Hall, 12725 SW Millikan Way, Beaverton Oregon.

Copies of the agenda bill and exhibits are available for inspection at the City Recorders office or may be purchased at reasonable cost. The agenda bill will be published a minimum of seven (7) calendar days before the Council meeting.
