Proposed Change of Use of CDBG Assets at 5th and Hall Streets (Beaverton Community Center),
Beaverton, Oregon to the City of Beaverton
The City of Beaverton has determined that certain properties, referred to as:
Mason’s First Addition to the Town of Beaverton Oregon
Lot 1-7 & 12-13 2 (5050 SW Hall, Beaverton Community

The CDBG program constructed the new addition in 2000 for the purpose of increasing the size of the Beaverton Community Center, but has determined that the site is needed for uses that do not conform to CDBG requirements.
