NOTICE OF APPLICATION
Pursuant to Section 50.40.4 of the Beaverton Development Code, public notice of the following development application is being provided:
DR2012-0113 (Vernier Building Expansion)
The applicant is seeking approval of a 16,265 square foot building expansion and associated site improvements. The proposed expansion is two stories in height and includes a roof top patio. The subject site is located at 13979 SW Millikan Way which contains an existing single story, approximately 30,000 square foot commercial building.
To be addressed in the staff report, written comments on the above development proposal shall be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 13, 2013. Mailed written comments shall be sent to the Development Services Division, PO Box 4755, Beaverton, OR 97076. Written comments submitted in person shall be delivered to the Development Services Division, 2nd Floor, Beaverton City Hall, 4755 SW Griffith Drive.
The decision-making authority for the above application is the Director. Any decision on the above development application shall be based on the Approval Criteria contained in Section 40.25 of the Beaverton Development Code.
Pursuant to Section 50.40.10, the Director shall issue a written decision on the above development application on or around Wednesday, March 27, 2013. Copies of the staff report will be made on the City’s website or may be purchased at the Planning Division Counter for a reasonable cost.
