WASHINGTON COUNTY, OREGON FINANCIAL ANALYSIS SERVICES Proposals due: May 11, 2020 @ 3:00 pm REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (NO. 2020.006) Washington County, Oregon is requesting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide financial analysis services for the Metro Affordable Housing Bond. Successful proposer will develop financial analysis to assist staff and project evaluation committee in making recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners regarding projects to receive Metro Affordable Housing Bond funding. Proposals must be received by 3:00 pm Monday May 11, 2020 in the Washington County Purchasing Division Office, Charles D. Cameron Public Services Building, Suite 270, 155 North First Avenue, Hillsboro, OR 97124. Proposals received after the designated time and date, per the official bid clock located in Purchasing, will be returned unopened. The County may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding by the County it is in the public interest to do so. A copy of the Request for Proposal document is posted on the Oregon Procurement Information Network (ORPIN) at http://orpin.oregon.gov. Proposal documents can be viewed and downloaded from the ORPIN site. Proposers are responsible for checking the ORPIN site for any addendums before submitting their proposals.
